"38% of adults “battled an illicit drug use disorder” in 2017"

I could not find that number in the report. It says "In 2017, 30.5 million people aged 12 or older used an illicit drug in the past 30 days (i.e., current use), which corresponds to about 1 in 9 Americans (11.2 percent). Page 1

Good Luck, they even kicked out a doctor who vouched for the effectiveness of Ivermectin in a hospital board meeting.

Only drugs that are profitable with recurring long term revenue allowed.

And round up the Mexican cartels supplied fentanyl by Red China as a weapon against us . De-couple China . Instead our PM is going after CSIS for leaking information that Red China interferes in our elections .
