Capital continues to flee fossil fuels and there are no alternatives today
In the UK, the reality of what lies ahead, is only BEGINNING to sink-in.
Give it a few weeks....
We've been catapulted into Third World status overnight - I'm angry!
Meanwhile Europe's industries are shuttering.
Nord Stream 1 is now completely shut off - with no prospect of reopening any time soon.

Michael, what are your thoughts on coal investments
Coal will remain a viable commodity and low cost coal producers (e.g. Teck) will profit from the energy shortage.
Teck is coking coal. I would focus on thermal coal producers, like Peabody or Whitehaven.
Yep, Teck produces about 24 million tonnes a year of metallurgical coal. boats. Peabody and Whitehaven are solid choices for thermal coal. All coal producers should benefit from the energy shortage.
Great answer. I also like $ARCH.
