Despite all the problems (of which there are many), we currently have in the UK & western world, the most important event (in my opinion) was the raid on Trump's residence. One I didn't see coming.
The plan, is obviously to stop him running - but what if this latest attempt should fail? Are we then looking at assassination of Trump or a family member? What message does this send out to anyone with conservative opinions? If they can do this with an ex President, then the rest of us are dispensable fodder.
It might not seem that significant wherever you are or with the current problems we face, but that raid was worrisome - seriously worrisome - Banana Republic stuff, within the US - scary - the political left are not even trying to hide how they operate now.
This raid, literally took place hours after the Dems passed their big spending & IRS Bill
If the US falls, then we are all truly screwed for sure.
I just hope that some good comes from these events.
