Subject for a future essay, Street Dillys. I knew nothing of dillys, until watching Arron Gunn's video on "Safe Supply" Just released on YouTube.
The Pharmaceutical Industry & doctors handed out Oxycontin for a decade having a hand in creating 100's of thousands of addicts. Now it's the BC government turn handing out Dillys to Drug addicts and in turn immediately sold on the street to teenagers for a 1.00 a pill. Drug addicts don't want Dillys, they want fentanyl. They want to get high.
I have to ask in light of all this ... what ever happened to fraud charges??? I too am old and old fashion values
