American intelligence now lacks intelligence

Handling of classified material is laughable

There was a time when American intelligence and law enforcement agencies had worldwide respect. The FBI solved complex cases, the CIA kept presidents advised of serious geopolitical issues as they emerged. The president’s cabinet and adminstrative staff were the envy of the world for knowledge and competence in key offices. We came to respect names like J.Edgar Hoover, Henry Kissinger, Malcolm Baldridge and Allen Dulles. Those days are gone.

Today, Biden and his predecessor are found with classified documents in their residences, garage and beach houses, Chelsea Manning dumps secrets on Wikileaks making Julian Assange famous, Edward Snowden blows the whistle on National Security Agency surveillance of American citizens and moves to Russia where he now lives as a naturalized Russian citizen. I thought I had seen everything until twenty-one year old Jack Teixeira leaked thousands of state secrets on a gaming board on the internet. You can’t make this shit up.

What has happened to the intelligence and law enforcement agencies is incredible. The FBI is no longer the elite investigative arm of the Administration, it is now a weapon of the Biden administration falsifying documents and swearing false affidavits to attack a former president Biden fears may be a strong rival in 2024. The department of justice (DOJ) employs a double standard where actual murderers and rapists walk free but people who attended a protest on capital hill languish in jail and parents who ask what teachers are teaching their kids are labeled terrorists. Crime is out of control in Democrat led cities like Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles.

Hollywood will have trouble writing fiction that is better than real life and even more trouble casting the leaders of the FBI, CIA, DOJ or American military as anything more than bumbling idiots who fall all over themselves to coddle whatever administration holds power and leave allies and advesaries laughing at them and making jokes at cocktail parties.

• The difference between the FBI and CIA comes down to acronyms - one killed MLK and one killed JFK.

• The FBI raids an alleged spy’s apartment and find a hard drive labeled KGB. The agent asks his partner why they didn’t just label it one TB.

• How do you hide a million dollars from the FBI? Give it to the CIA, those two don’t share anything.

• Breaking News: Ghislaine Maxwell has been arrested by the FBI. In other stories, Prince Andrew has suffered a heart attack and Bill Gates and Bill Clinton simultaneously came down with Alzheimer’s.

• If Biden decides not to run in 2024, will Hunter Biden take his place? He certainly knows his way around Washington and would fit right in with corrupt politicians like Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress who became rich while in office by front running government actions in the stock market. Hunter Biden seems to be an ideal candidate to deal with drug addiction policies.

United States and Canada have drug problems. United States has 216 deaths per million people from drug abuse. Canada is not much better with 171 drug deaths per million people. European countries suffer less than half of that.

Drug related deaths in China are almost immaterial with most of those reported comprising adverse reactions to prescription drugs, despite the reality that China is the source of most of the fentanyl coming into Europe and North America. It is not hard to conclude it is an intentional attack on democracies, but where is the vaunted American intelligence community in finding out the facts? The COVID-19 virus originated in China but American intelligence experts were loath to expose the reality that the virus most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan.

It is hard to have any confidence in United States, once the leader of the Western world, as having any ability to defend democracy any longer. The attacks on American democracy are not only from totalitarian China but also from the Democratic Party whose desire for big government, reckless spending, mandated behaviour, restrictions on free speech, and corrupt politicians puts American on track to mimick Venezula as it moves closer towards authoritarian rule. Biden’s regressive policies and action parallel similarly undemocratic moves by Justin Trudeau in Canada.

Today about 70% of the world’s population live under totalitarian rule. In this map, democracies are shaded green.

Biden, Macron, Sunak and Trudeau are doing their best to raise that figure closer to 100%. Unless voters dump them in the next election, they have a decent shot at success.
